Job Title:          Channel Marketing Executive  (2 positions available)

 

  Location:          Venlo, the Netherlands (Area of operation will be DACH area)

 

  Department:     Channel Marketing/Sales

 

  Key Objectives:

  - Responsible for the promotion and sale of Company products

    (Cooler Master Group's 3 brands: Cooler Master, Choiix, Storm)

  - Daily support of the of channel programs to meet sales targets.

 

  Role and Responsibilities:

  - Support of through the line campaigns with Channel Marketing group and 

    deliver updates to Regional manager on a weekly basis.
  - Develop and maintain relationships with customers and distribution channels 

    (Distributor, Dealers) throughout the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) 

    and assist building stable channels for Europe. 

  - Responsible for proactively identifying, negotiating and closing sales activities to 

    achieve assigned revenue targets.

  - Channel management:

    Stock, Price, Product, Distribution, Investment, Promotion, Event Management,

    Channel ROI management, gather customer and market information.

  - Field sales activities:

    Traveling 3 days/week, visiting potential and existing customers (dealers) on pre-

    scheduled appointments where you will discuss products in person and help

    distributor getting orders.

    Gain a clear understanding of customer businesses and requirements and  

    feedback to company.

 

  Operational Experience/Academic Qualification:

  - Educated to degree level or equivalent

  - At least 3 - 5 years experience in sales/marketing environment, preferably with 

    channel or retail marketing experience with an FMCG orientation.

  - Manage multiple projects and requests on a daily/weekly basis.
  - Experience of B2B negotiations to achieve best possible use of time and budget 

    in channel.
  - An understanding of and experience in project management and general sales 

    skills.

  - Fluency in German, English and preferably one other European language

Job Title:          Product Marketing Specialist  (2 postions available)

 

Location:          Venlo, the Netherlands

 

Department:     Product Marketing

 


Key Objectives:

- Product development in cooperation HQ PM team and local PM team.

- Conduct market surveys and competition analysis.

- Support the Channel and Product Marketing group on all elements of the Channel Marketing Plan for  

  existing Cooler Master Distributors and Retailers.
- Daily support of the product and channel marketing programs to meet sales targets.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

- Support product launches, marketing and PR collateral, sales tools, web site content, sales training,

promotional campaigns and lead/revenue generation.

- Conduct Focus group surveys with local teams across EU to collect useful data.

- Support of through the line campaigns with Channel Marketing group and deliver updates to manager on

weekly basis.

- Provide product training to members of the sales and marketing team.

- Work to maximize key co-operative marketing programs and contractual marketing funds to support

specific sales promotion cycles.
- Coordinate with Indoor Sales and Channel Marketing, activities to effectively roll out all channel marketing

and sales programs.

 

Operational Experience/Academic Qualification:

- Educated MBO/HBO level or experience to an equivalent level.

- At least 3 - 5 years experience in sales/marketing environment, preferably with channel or retail marketing  

  experience, with an orientation towards IT Hardware or similar FMCG.

- Manage multiple projects and requests on a daily/weekly basis.
- Outgoing person who is capable of working with cross functional multicultural teams.
- Experience of B2B negotiations to achieve best possible use of time and budget in channel.
- An understanding of and experience in project management and general sales skills.

- Fluency in English and at least one other European language.
